Splash !

As a celebration of getting our new web site up and running we look back at an old “Mainsheet” club news letter from March 2008. Yes its Splash time ! As it almost is again this 2014 season.

Note the joy of getting a new porta-potty at the farm. See how the list of work on work days before Splash have changed.

ASI has a long history of sailing, instructing, volunteering and friendships. We celebrate and thank all of you making that possible and that continue in that tradition.

See you at L1 work days. Check our calendar and the Burgee for details.
If your a L1 remember you must complete your “minimum” volunteer hours at your level.
We ask that as a student or a new L1…or an old L1 for that matter…to come out on Saturdays and help with Maintenance at Kent. This is a great way to get your hours in and give back to the club and more importantly to really get to know your L1 boats. We have leaders to help you so you dont need to be a grease monkey to come out !

Enjoy your new web site and please send us content and stories of your sailing adventures.
We plan on adding a “Levels” port-o-call, a web page specific to each Level for that Levels events and needs and how to vids and docs.
